What We Do
J&B Pro Access is a family-run scaffolding company based in Essex. Since 2014 we have supplied, erected, designed and struck scaffold for private residences, construction sites, schools and colleges, multi-storey units and industrial buildings.
We work in tube and fitting and system scaffold, for homeowners, builders and main contractors, from demolition through to new build. We are not a hire-catalogue business — we come out, put it up, inspect it, and take it down when you are finished.
Whether it is a one-off scaffold on a house or an ongoing contract, we cover Essex, Greater London and the South East. Safety is at the front of everything we do.
Our Team
Our scaffolders are CITB and CISRS card holders — Advanced, Basic Part 1 and 2, and trainees working under supervision. Every gang works in full PPE to current SG4 and TG20 guidance. The same people survey the job, put the scaffold up and take it down, so you always know who you are dealing with.

Commercial Scaffolding
J&B Pro Access Scaffolding can provide commercial scaffolding for various commercial premises including construction sites, educational buildings, multi-storey units, and industrial buildings. We regularly work with construction and professional builders to supply and erect only the highest quality scaffolding systems. And of course, to ensure full safety for all users. Typical types of scaffolding systems for commercial clients include scaffolding towers, scaffolding stairs, specialist scaffolding works, and roof protection. J&B Pro Access Scaffolding covers all commercial projects throughout Essex and surrounding areas, from demolition to new builds.
Domestic Scaffolding
As well as providing commercial scaffolding, we can also provide local domestic scaffolding throughout Essex and the surrounding areas. Our scaffolding team can supply and erect scaffolding for domestic properties of all types and sizes. The bulk of our scaffolding work with domestic clients is helping to erect scaffolding to ensure safety for up-and-coming construction or maintenance work. We often erect scaffolding stairs and towers to help construction or maintenance teams easily access higher-level areas with complete safety. We typically work with various maintenance needs including external decoration, roofing repairs, window replacements, chimney works, etc.
Our Accreditations
Our scaffolders hold CITB and CISRS cards — Advanced, Basic Part 1 and 2, and trainees under supervision. CISRS is a card held by the individual scaffolder, not a company badge, so that is how we word it.
We work to current SG4 and TG20 guidance, every scaffold is handed over with a certificate, and we carry £10 million public liability insurance.
Scaffold Put Up Properly, First Time
We survey the job, design the scaffold where it needs designing, deliver it, erect it and strike it when you are finished. Our gangs are CISRS carded and we work to SG4 and TG20. Handover certificates and scaffold inspections come as standard.
