Scaffold inspections

When a scaffold is completed, we carry out a handover inspection. Inspections are carried out every 7 days and after adverse weather by competent, CISRS-trained inspectors. Written inspection reports are provided.

NSI Gold Scaffold alarms and 24/7 monitoring

Putting up a safe, solid scaffold is what we do. Keeping it secure once it’s up matters just as much, so we’ve added scaffold alarms and round-the-clock monitoring to our service.

Why alarm your scaffold?

Scaffolding creates access to a building or a site, but it gives everyone else access too. Upper windows, roofs and balconies are suddenly within easy reach, and tools and materials are left on the lifts overnight.

An alarm deters intruders and protects the property, the scaffold and anyone tempted to climb it. It also keeps you covered: many insurers expect a monitored, NCP115-certificated alarm on scaffolding before they’ll pay out for a break-in.
